We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. All clients will be required to keep a credit card number on file to hold the appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice or no shows are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to $65 per service. No Shows Will have to prepay in advance in order to rebook an appointment.
Late Arrivals Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be guaranteed extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.

We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow time for parking. Please do not bring anyone to your appointment unless they are getting a treatment.
Only Unopened & Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days for a full refund.
Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or special needs which may affect your services. If you have Covid-19 symptoms, Common Cold, allergies, a rash, a cold sore or any open sores on your skin, your treatment will need to be rescheduled.
All major credit cards are accepted. We also accept Care Credit & Spa & Wellness Gift cards. Any gift cards, vouchers, or certificates must be mentioned at time of booking.
Gratuity Our listed rates do not include gratuity. A cash gratuity of 15-20% of each service price is appropriate and appreciated.
A credit card is required to book & hold your appointment for a No Show/Late Cancellation(less than 24hrs) fee of $65. The payment for the service will not be taken until after your service is completed & your signature is needed. You must check the box when booking if you want to have your card on file for future bookings.
If you are paying for someone to receive a service please purchase an e-gift card. Your credit card on file is not an acceptable form of payment. When booking, only the person’s name ,number etc who is receiving the service should be entered in the booking system.
